Monday, March 6, 2006 the State Secretary and chief of Department for Euro-Atlantic Integration and Defense Policy, Ion Mircea Plangu, in visit in the United States of America, had a meeting with Dr. Ariel Cohen at Heritage Foundation in Washington DC.

The talks were focused on Romanian participation in the fight against terrorism, the situation in Iraq reconstruction, evolution after elections - and the issues of security in the Black Sea enlarged region.
