Sorin Encutescu, State Secretary and chief of Department for Parliament Liaison, Legislative Harmonization and Public Relations will pay an official visit between March 19 and 20, 03 to Paris, France.

State Secretary will have meetings with Evelyn Ratte, Secretary General for Administration within the Ministry of Defense; General Andre Masson, chief deputy of General Staff of the Armed Forces for International Relations; Brigade General Gael Flichy, chief deputy of General Staff for International Relations; Giles Pernet charge d'affairs within the Delegation for Strategic Affairs, commander Alain Doucet, deputy chief of Section of Partnership and Cooperation from the Euro-Atlantic Division and Catherine Bergeal director of Delegation for Juridical Affairs.

The program of the visit comprises a round table aiming to approach the issues on the French legislation for participation of troops within the international missions, the rules on entrance, station and transit of foreign troops on the French territory, the exceptional states and the status of the military within the two Armed forces.
