Signing the letter of offer and acceptance for the acquisition of the first three HIMARS missile systems

In the presence of the State Secretary Mircea Dusa and the Chief of the General Staff Nicolae Ciuca, on February 26th, the legal procedure for the acquisition of the first three HIMARS (High Mobility Artillery Rocket System) missile systems was completed at the headquarters of the Ministry of National Defence, by signing the Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) specific to the Foreign Military Sales Program FMS.
