Flag Hoisting Ceremony at the Headquarters Multinational Division South-East

Ministry of National Defence, Mihai Fifor, and the Chief of Defence Staff, General Nicolae Ciuca participated in the flag hosing and national anthem playing ceremony of the NATO member states, on Friday, September 7th, at the Headquarters Multinational Division South-East.
