Summer School opening ceremony

The opening ceremony of the Summer School on "Lasting Development and Security" theme, organized by the National Defense University "Carol I" will occur on Monday, August 24, starting 9 a.m. at "Dimitrie Cantemir' Military College from Breaza, in the presence of Lieutenant General Teodor Frunzeti, Ph.D. the NDU commander, of the MoND representatives and other military and civilian personalities.
