An American Reservists Centre named in honour of a Romanian Soldier

A military ceremony took place on November 22, in New York State, USA, to give the American Armed Forces Reservists Centre the name of Sergent Catalin. D. DIMA. Before the Romanian and American military reprezentatives, hero’s family and friends, Colonel Claudiu BIBIRITA, military councelor at Permanent Mission of Romania at UN, delivered a speech in the honour of the Romanian originated Sergent killed on duty in the same day when he received the Sergent rank within the American Land Forces. He was born in 1968 in Calarasi, Romania, and acted in Romanian Navy Forces before leaving to USA. Major William Monk III, Commander 99th Regional Logistic Command along with American officers and officials took part in the ceremony.
