Major General Dumitru Scarlat Took Over the Command of the Land Forces Staff

Major General Dumitru Scarlat took over the command of the land Forces Staff from Major General Nicolae Ciuca, during a military ceremony that took place at the Land Forces HQ, in the presence of the Minister of National Defence Mircea Dusa. The activity was attended by representatives of the defence ministry and General Staff leadership, military attaches, units and large units commanders.
