EUTM RCA Command Handover-Takeover Ceremony
Brigadier General Cornel Tonea-Bălan handed over the command of the European Union Training Mission in the Central African Republic (EUTM RCA) to Brigadier General Nicolae -Gabriel Oros during an official ceremony conducted on Saturday, September 28th, in the M'Poko Moana Military Base, in Bangui.
