The reunion of NATO LG 9 working group is developed in Braila between September 2 and 4, 03. There are representatives from 24 NATO members and partners.

The working program consists in debates on harmonization of standards for engineering procurement on the battlefield, mobility, counter mobility, lethal weapons and counter terrorism.

In his speech at the opening session, State Secretary and chief of Department for Armaments Dr. Eng. Gheorghe Matache underlined the necessity to identify the common standards for implementing the capabilities for the full interoperability fulfillment in engineering domain.

Thursday, September 4, 03 a demonstrative exercise using fighting equipment will be organized by the 10th Engineering Brigade from Braila subordinated to the Army Staff.
