Media Day for Exercise RED SCORPIONS

Media Day for Multinational Exercise “RED SCORPIONS 24.11.1” will take place on Thursday, April 4, at the Joint National Training Center “GETICA”, Cincu, Brașov County.

Journalists interested in attending the event are requested to send their identification data (name, surname, series and number of identity card, phone number and the media institution they represent) by Tuesday, April 2, 12.00, to e-mail address: relatii.publice01083@forter.ro.
For live broadcasting, the mass-media representatives are requested to use portable devices, the access with the DSNG not being possible.

Mass-media representatives will be expected on Thursday, April 4, between 07.00 and 8.00, at Post Control no. 2 of the Joint National Training Center “GETICA” in Cincu, where they will be transported to the exercise area of operations.

The access will take place based on the identity card and press badge.

Approximately 300 Romanian soldiers of the 26th Infantry Battalion of the Multinational Brigade South-East from Craiova and allies from France, Portugal and North Macedonia participate in “RED SCORPIONS 24.11.1” Joint Training Exercise conducted at the Joint National Training Center “GETICA” Cincu, Brașov County, over 25.03-05.04.2024.
The goal of the exercise is to increase cohesion of allied units through tactical live firing exercises.
