End of mission ceremony of the Spanish Air and Space Force Detachment conducting Air Policing Missions in Romania

The end of the mission ceremony of the Spanish Air and Space Force Detachment will take place on Tuesday, March 25, at 11:00 a.m., at the 57th "Căpitan Aviator Constantin Cantacuzino" Air Base in Mihail Kogălniceanu.

Media representatives interested in attending the activity are requested to send their identification data (surname, first name, series and number of the identity document, the media institution they represent and their telephone number) by Monday, March 24, 3:00 p.m., to e-mail address relpub.um01837@roaf.ro.

Accredited journalists will be expected on Tuesday, March 25, between 10:15 and 10:45 at Checkpoint no. 4 of the 57th Air Base (1-3Tudor Vladimirescu Street, Mihail Kogălniceanu).

The Spanish Detachment, consisting of approximately 150 military troops (pilots and technical personnel) and six Eurofighter Typhoon aircraft, conduct, together with the Romanian Air Force soldiers, NATO-led enhanced Air Policing Missions. 

The Spanish Air and Space Forces will pass the baton to the Italian Air Force, which is currently being deployed to our country.
