On Monday evening, March 23rd, the Russian forces conducted a new series of drone attacks on the Ukrainian civilian and infrastructure targets, in the vicinity of the river border with Romania.

The National Military Command Centre (core) notified the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations regarding the establishment of measures to alert the population in northern Tulcea County, and a RO-Alert message was sent at 7:08 p.m.

Two Romanian Air Force F-16 aircraft conducting enhanced Air Policing Service were scrambled from the 86th Air Base.

The air alert ceased at 20.08.

No drone debris were reported to have fallen on the national territory.
