    The Romanian Air Forces began airlifting humanitarian aid to Libya

    A C-130 Romanian Air Force Hercules aircraft took off on Saturday, September 16, from the 90 "Comandor aviator Gheorghe Bãnciulescu" Airlift Base, for Benghazi, Libya, to airlift the first free of charge tranche of international assistance that Romania will provide to this country affected by catastrophic floods.
