Romanian Air Force Take Over Officially the First Six F-16 Fighting Falcon Aircraft
The handover/takeover ceremony of the first F-16 Fighting Falcon aircraft from the Portuguese Air Forces to the Romanian Air Forces will take place on Wednesday, September 28, at the Air Base in Monte Real, in the attendance of the Prime Minister António Costa and Defence Minister José Alberto de Azeredo Lopes, on behalf of Portugal and Defence Minister Mihnea Motoc, on behalf of Romania.

The Minister of National Defence, Mihnea Motoc, made a visit in Portugal on Wednesday, September 28, at the invitation of his Portuguese countepart, José Alberto de Azeredo Lopes, at the official takeover of the first six aircraft F-16 Fighting Falcon by the Romanian Air Force.
