On Saturday morning, May 23 rd , the Russian Federation conducted a new series of drone attacks on the
civilian and infrastructure targets in Ukraine, in the vicinity of the river border with Romania, in Tulcea
County.

The radar surveillance system detected around 09.05, in the Ukrainian airspace, a group of targets
heading towards the port of Kilia in Ukraine, in the vicinity of the national border with Romania.

The National Military Command Center (core) notified the General Inspectorate for Emergency
Situations regarding the establishment of measures to alert the population in Northern Tulcea County,
and a RO-Alert message was sent at 09.28.

The air alert ceased at 09.53.

No unauthorized intrusions or cases of ground impact of any aerial vehicle have been reported.

The Ministry of National Defence informs the Allied structures in real time about the situations
generated by these attacks and maintains permanent contact with them.
