UPDATE – Press Information
The air alert issued on Thursday, August 27, at 10:08 AM for the northern part of Tulcea County - following the detection of a group of aerial targets near the Romanian border - ceased at 11:54 AM.
No incursions into national airspace were detected.
The two Spanish Air and Space Force F-18 aircraft that monitored the situation returned to 57th Mihail Kogălniceanu Air Base.
